1 What does Mirthuni Apparel do?
Mirthuni Apparel Sourcing Service is an apparel sourcing and manufacturing support company in India. We help brands with
factory sourcing, sampling, production management, quality control, and shipping coordination.
2 Do you work with new brands and startups?
Yes. We work with both startups and established brands. If you are launching a new collection,
we can guide you through tech packs, sampling, MOQ planning, and production steps.
3 Which countries do you work with?
We work with international brands, especially in the UK and Europe, and support global shipping
and export documentation.

MOQ, Pricing & Sampling
7 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product type, fabric, colorways, and complexity. We can often support low MOQs for
basic styles and higher MOQs for custom fabrics or heavy customization.
8 How can I get a price quotation?
You can request a quote through our form or contact us directly. For an accurate quote, please share:
- Tech pack or product photos
- Target quantity per color/size
- Fabric type and GSM
- Branding requirements (print, embroidery, labels)
- Delivery destination country
9 Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sampling is available before bulk production. We can make proto samples, fit samples, size set
samples, and pre-production (PP) samples.
10 How long does sampling take?
Sampling timelines depend on complexity, but normally:
- Basic samples: 7–15 days
- Complex samples: 15–25 days
11 What information do you need to start sampling?
Ideally we need a tech pack, measurements, fabric details (composition & GSM), artwork files,
trims (label / tag), and target quantity. If you don’t have a tech pack, we can still support from reference images.
Fabric, Quality & Compliance
12 Can you source sustainable or eco-friendly fabrics?
Yes. We can support sourcing of eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester,
sustainable blends, and better trims and packaging options.
13 Do you offer quality control (QC) inspections?
Yes. We provide quality control services including inline and final inspections, measurement checks,
and packing verification.
14 Do you help with lab testing and compliance?
Yes. If your market requires testing (EU/UK/US standards), we can guide you and support testing
coordination based on your product category.
15 What quality standard do you follow (AQL)?
We can follow your required AQL level. Common standards are AQL 2.5 for major and AQL 4.0 for minor defects,
depending on the brand and product category.
16 Do you check shrinkage and color fastness?
Yes. For key products, we can support fabric testing such as shrinkage, GSM verification, color fastness,
and wash performance to reduce risk before bulk.

17 What customization options do you offer?
We support full customization including:
- Screen printing, puff print, DTF, embroidery

18 Can you do custom labeling and packaging?

Yes. We can match Pantone shades for fabric dyeing and prints (subject to fabric type and MOQ requirements).
Production & Delivery
20 How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production depends on order size and complexity, but typical lead times are 25–45 days after PP approval.
Some orders may require more time depending on fabric availability and trims.
21 What happens after PP sample approval?
After PP approval, we confirm bulk fabric, trims, size ratio, production plan, and packing instructions.
Then we start cutting, stitching, printing/embroidery, finishing, and QC.
22 Do you do inline production checks?
Yes. We can do inline checks during sewing/printing to catch issues early, reducing delays and rework during final inspection.
23 How do you control measurements and size grading in bulk?
We follow approved measurement spec and tolerance. We verify patterns, sample sets (if needed),
and measure pieces during inline and final inspection for consistency across sizes.
24 Do you help with export documentation?
Yes. We support standard export documentation such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
(if required), and shipping coordination.
25 Can you ship DDP or help with delivery to our warehouse?
Yes. Depending on shipment size and destination, we can support courier/air/sea options and coordinate delivery
to your nominated forwarder or warehouse.
Payments & Orders
26 What are the payment terms?
Payment terms depend on the factory and order type. In most cases, bulk orders follow a standard structure
such as advance payment + balance before shipment.
27 Can I reorder the same style again?
Yes. Reorders are possible as long as fabric and trims are available, or we can re-source matching materials.
Communication & Support
28 How do you communicate during production?
We provide regular communication by email/WhatsApp and share updates on sampling, production, QC, and shipment
status.
29 Can you support both small and large orders?
Yes. We handle small development orders and large bulk production for growing brands.
